Examples of our work
Landor Associates
Landor, one of world’s largest branding and creative design agencies, wanted a course to train marketing professionals in how to make better “on brand” decisions. Their brief was a fairly conventional one: an e-learning course. However, working with them, we came up with the concept of a decision-based learning tool in which learner is always active, constantly making the kinds of decisions they would face in the real world. It’s fun, dynamic and, above all, highly effective.
BT - My Customer Challenge Cup
Working with Any3 and the SI Group, we designed a set of highly interactive tools designed to support the annual BT “My Customer Challenge Cup”. These interactive experiences mixed together video sequences, animations, thought-provoking interactions and short “pseudo-games” (game-like interactions) in a mix that participants described as “nothing less than astonishing”.

The National College for School Leadership (NCSL)
While working at Line Communications, Patrick masterminded the design and development of a set of complex interactive stories as part of the National Qualification for Integrated Centre Leadership. The challenge here was taking a highly reflective leadership workshop, founded largely on the personalities and expertise of the course facilitators, and building meaningful interactive scenarios around them. By working closely with the (mainly computer-averse…) participants, a set of anecdotes and incidents was worked up into a comprehensive suite of compelling stories that have become an integral part of the qualification.
